The Pormenor wines were born in 2013, in the Douro valley, by the hands of José Silva, Miguel Cardozo and Pedro Coelho. In Portuguese Pormenor means detail and it is in this detail that the philosophy of this project is based. Expressing the best of the region - Soil, Vine, Grape and Climate, Pormenor wines are produced with minimal intervention in the winemaking and ageing process and are distinguished by their low extraction and concentration, which results in lighter and less alcoholic wines giving them more elegance.
