Companhia Agricola do Sanguinhal - wines with history

Created in 1926 by Abel Pereira da Fonseca, Companhia Agricola do Sanguinhal is one of the oldest Portuguese wine brands in activity. Located 40 minutes away from the city of Lisbon, it represents the DOC Óbidos wines. The property has 100 hectares of vineyards divided into three estates - Cerejeiras, Sanguinhal and S. Francisco. The company is managed by the new generation of the Pereira da Fonseca family and by a group of professionals committed to innovate always respecting its history. An example of this is the technological modernization of the winemaking and bottling process despite the bet on the traditional stage in wood - in French and American oak barrels. APF, Quinta das Cerejeiras, Quinta de S. Francisco, Sanguinhal, Península de Lisboa Casabel and Sôttal are the wines produced at Companhia Agricola do Sanguinhal. You can also taste the fortified wines Bela Vista and Quinta S. Francisco Sweet and Dry. Available to order
