Quinta do Noval Vintage is produced from a rigorous selection of the best vineyard lots and Quinta do Noval Vintage Nacional is produced from a specific plot of the Quinta. As with the other wines, the grapes are rigorously selected and the winemaking is done in the same way as the other grapes of the vineyard, with foot treading in stone lagar.
