A bit of exercise is very important in our daily life, though one may feel lazy in the mornings and want an extra nap, but you got to leave that, jump out of the bed and go out. Blood circulation will improve, the heart is a muscle, and it will grow stronger with exercise. But do not o overboard, always check your blood pressure regularly and do not put over pressure on your heart. If you want to increase your exercise timings, do not slowly.
