How are you doing today. I finally got some views on my site ( 3 views ). first time so i feel good.

If you share this blog i will try my best to reply. Anyway, nothing much happened today. So, i have been to many restaurants and i would love to share the experience on one, THE PERFECTIONIST CAFÈ in Heathrow Airport. it's one of Heston Blumenthal's restaurants!

It happened about a year or two ago on my way from London to Riyadh, about an our before our flight. No one except me and my granddad were hungry. so we went to a cafe which looked appealing (not knowing it had michelin stars) and sat down to to look at the menu. Then we ordered one Fish and chips large for us to share and i had hot chocolate and my granddad had coffee.

The chips were amazing and it was seasoned perfectly and was crispy on the outside and soft from the inside, just perfect.The fish was also crispy on the out side, but the inside was not normal. Normally the inside of fish and chips would be a bit bland coz the seasoning dose not get there. The inside of this fish was seasoned all the way !! It was just amazing. The hot chocolate was also amazing, It was actually sweet not bland like your chewing on a raw coco bean.

Also, the chips came with this herd sauce thingy, It was really nice indeed!
