Hosted by TTK Prestige,Chef Shazia Khan showcased some of the best ‘nouvelle cuisine’ dishes. By Nouvelle, we relate to fresh produce , a modern style of cooking  and avoiding heavy food. Chef demonstrated the use of a range of kitchen tools and gadgets from TTK Prestige in her preparation of some wonderful dishes.

The Dishes conceptualized by Chef Shazia include :

• The Brinjal Affair
• Grilled Figs with Almond Crumble and Vanilla Mousse
• Chilly Mutton Sliders
• Cuban Chicken Skewers
• Concocted Grape Juice Puchka shots

Mr Chandru Kalro, Managing Director of TTK Prestige spoke about how having a well equipped kitchen with the right cooking tools and gadgets leads to creating that perfect dish and how Prestige products are built on the pillars of safety, innovation, durability and trust.

Chef Shazia Khan mentioned the fact that People today are exposed to different cuisines more than ever through travel, shows like Masterchef as well as the boom of restaurants serving international cuisine in India and are openly embracing it. This gives her the inspiration to teach and motivate home cooks to come up with restaurant quality food in their own kitchens.

Chef Shazia also conducts culinary workshops and host TV Shows , YouTube videos and also has a cookbook – ‘What’s on the Menu‘ to her credit.

The event ended with a lunch buffet which also included two of the dishes that were showcased as part of the event – the Paneer and the Fig dish. It was a great amalgamation of the best in cookware, food and culinary skills !!
