We have a new favorite recipe for fresh garden ingredients and it’s Roasted Tomatillo Salsa verde! This recipe is the perfect compliment on taco night which has become a regular occurrence in our house. It’s hard coming up with recipes and a full meal plan for the week that works for the whole family.
