You probably know Anti:Dote for their award-winning cocktails, but have you heard about their Instagrammable afternoon tea?

2. Atrium Restaurant at The Holiday Inn

Atrium adds Singaporean flavour to this British tradition with their Local-licious High Tea. Available from 12:00pm to 3:30 pm every Saturday and Sunday, this buffet spread features local favourites, including oyster omelette, a DIY kueh pie tee station, and even ice kacang. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a homegrown twist to your afternoon tea.

3. The Courtyard at The Fullerton Hotel

Spoil yourself with a leisurely afternoon tea at the iconic Fullerton Hotel. The sun-lit Courtyard serves a classic three-tier English high tea fully loaded with homemade scones, delicate finger sandwiches, and baked sweets.

4. Marriott Cafe High Tea Buffet

If you want something other than shortcakes and cold cuts for afternoon tea, the Marriott Cafe High Tea Buffet serves up a good selection of Easter and Western treats. Diners can choose from a selection of finger sandwiches and freshly baked cakes, as well as Asian delights like satay, chicken curry, and kueh lapis. It’s certainly not a traditional British high tea, but you certainly get a lot of variety in return.

5. Brasserie Les Saveurs at The St Regis Singapore

With its high ceilings, plush chairs, and fine decor, an afternoon at the Brasserie Les Saveurs is a fancy affair fit for royalty. The famed French restaurant offers The Grand Astor Afternoon Tea from 3 pm to 5 pm on weekdays and weekends (4 pm to 6 pm on Sundays), and it’s certainly worth trying at least once.

A lavish selection of handmade scones, waffles, sandwiches, and crepes a la minute are served on a three-tiered silver stand, together with a delicious array of mouthwatering desserts. 6. Tea Lounge at Regent Hotel

The Tea Lounge at The Regent still remains a top spot for high tea in Singapore. Offering both traditional English high tea on weekdays and a rich high tea buffet on weekends, diners can eat as many fine scones, gourmet sandwiches, and petite desserts as their hearts desire.

The Afternoon Tea Set is served on a 3-tier tray and comes with a selection of premium English tea. Take your time savouring the mini cakes and scones, then have the whole tray completely replenished by a wave of the hand.

The weekend high tea buffet, on the other hand, is a full meal. Come with an empty stomach and be prepared to eat your fill of Singaporean favourites and a wide array of sweets. Call in your reservations early, as this buffet is almost always fully booked.
