National Day Heritage Buffet – Edge, Pan Pacific Singapore

Kick off this year’s National Day Celebrations with a buffet at the Edge, probably the most theatrical buffet restaurant in Singapore.

The buffet showcases a wide range of local favourites including Otak Otak Fried Rice with Silver Fish, Wagyu Beef Cheek Rendang and Salted Egg Yolk Chicken. Other highlights include the White Salmon Tandoori and Malabar Prawns complementing the extensive range of seafood on ice, fresh grills and carvings.

If you’re looking to fill up on your favourite local comfort food and street dishes, head over to the White Rose Cafe for the Localicious Tunch Buffet.

National Day Buffet Dinner – Plate, Carlton City Hotel

Plate at the Carlton City Hotel honours Singapore’s culinary landscape with a delicious National Day Buffet Dinner. Hawker favourites take centrestage, featuring dishes such as Singapore Chilli Crab, Black Pepper Crab, Laksa, Hokkien Noodles, Bak Kut Teh with Fried Dough Fritters, Grilled Satay Skewers, and Roti Prata with Vegetable Curry.
