Terence Cao Guohui, also known as Terence Cao, is a well-known actor and prosperous businessman from Singapore. He was born on October 6, 1967. He has won praise for his outstanding performances in various drama programs on Channel 8 television.

The local media claimed in November 2012 that Cao allegedly had an affair with a Shanghai woman in 2010. After having his child in China, the wife flew to Singapore to hunt for him. A DNA test revealed that Cao is the biological father of the daughter, who was 20 months old at the time.

Legal issues

Having failed a breathalyzer test in 2005, Cao was charged with driving under the influence. According to reports, he “created a scene at the hospital” and had resisted providing a blood sample. In 2008, he was later penalized S$4,100 and had his license banned for two years.

Cao was charged in March 2021 for violating Singapore’s COVID-19 limitations. He received a $3,500 fine.
