FB has had an impressive climb over the past five years.  

Over the past six months, its steep inner ascension channel (shown with red lines) has actually gotten above its long term Blue channel.  This has put a push and pull tension on the stock as it tries to assert its short term channel as being the dominant channel leaving the long term blue channel.  Looking closely at the last six months you can see that sharp quick moves happen both ways when it's near its upper blue line.  In a couple of months the red channel will completely leave the blue channel and then there will be a critical decision point as to whether the blue line channel has lost control of the stock or if this is just temporary.
