Most buyers would never think of doing something like this before they write an offer but it's something that's very important. Especially if you are on the fence about a home.

Hi everyone. This is your Tampa Bay Realtor Lance Mohr and in this video, I want to give you a really good home Buying tip. Whether you’re looking at buying home for the first time or you’re a veteran. A lot of people don’t think about this and I think this is really important before you make the decision to buy the home.
Home buying tip, I always tell home buyers and this is especially important if you're on the fence about buying a home and that is to go take a drive-by. Drive by the home in the neighborhood at dusk. Drive by when people are starting to get home from work. You’re going to get a different feel for the home. All the traffic isn't going to be out, you’re not going to hear all the birds chirping and everything is going on. You’re just going to have a much different feel and you’re going to see neighbors in the neighborhood that you can stop by and talk to. I would say if you do stop by and talk to neighbors just always take what they say with a grain of salt but it gives you a really different view on looking at the home in the morning or in the middle of the day. I’ve had hundreds of buyers do this over the years and they are always really happy they did.
I will say that we are in a seller’s market right now and I know you may not have time to do this is really hot. But if you have time to do a drive-by at dusk or even a little later it's a really good idea. I would highly advise you do so and if you don’t have time to do it then do it during the inspection period. Take a drive-by, talk to the neighbors and get a feeling it is going to shed a different light on it.
