Dinesh Kirola (Stock Burner) Trading Journey

Entry in the Stock Market

During the LOC posting in 2020, Dinesh Kirola couldn't carry weapons due to medical issues. So, he took up the responsibility of cooking for the soldiers. While doing this, he stumbled upon a video on YouTube about earning lakhs in the stock market. Intrigued, he opened a demat account.

At that time, Dinesh was earning a monthly salary of 45,000 rupees. He started trading in the stock market with that amount and initially made small profits of 20-30 rupees a day. Encouraged by a friend, he invested 80-90 thousand rupees from his savings in an IPO and earned a profit of 18 thousand rupees. Greed then took over.

Greed

After making a profit of 18,000 rupees, Dinesh got greedy and combined it with 80,000 rupees for trading with one Lakh Rupees. Due to short selling, he lost 20,000 rupees in a day and tried to recover but lost 45,000 rupees before reaching one lakh rupees again.

In 2021, he attempted option trading to recover the one lakh rupees loss but faced a major setback. Despite making a profit of 20,000 rupees from a new investment, his greed led to losing it all. Seeking help, he borrowed eight lakh rupees from a friend as a personal loan with 18,000 rupees monthly installments. Nonetheless, he persisted with trading despite the setbacks.

Big Losses & Multiple Loans

Dinesh combined three lakh rupees from his salary and took a bank loan of seven lakhs. He invested the entire ten lakhs in the stock market to recover from his earlier loss of ten lakhs. Unfortunately, he lost all that money in just three weeks. After losing twenty lakhs in total, he stayed away from the stock market for a while and began repaying the loan from half of his salary.

After two to three months, he added one and a half lakh rupees from his salary and reentered the stock market. He managed to gather eight lakhs with the help of friends, including a ten percent profit. He invested two lakhs more from his savings, bringing his total investment to eight lakhs. By this time, his loss had reached twenty lakhs. Gradually, he made some profit and repaid his friends. Building confidence, he continued and earned more money.

Burden of Debt

Earning 45,000 rupees per month, Dinesh started paying installments for a one and a half lakh rupees bank loan and the share of his friends. Within three months, he lost all the invested money, leading to disputes with his friends. During a month's leave, he learned stock market intricacies from one place and improved his approach.

Later, he took a ten lakh rupees bank loan in his friend's name by lying about financial difficulties. With two lakh rupees of his own and the borrowed twelve lakhs, he began option trading. This time, he changed his strategy, booking profits even with minor losses, which led to substantial gains. However, by that point, Dinesh Kirola had already incurred a loss of 40 lakhs.

The Comeback

In the end, Dinesh Kirola had around three lakh rupees left. Despite a risky situation, he resumed trading with that amount. In a single day, he made 22 lakh rupees but also lost 18 lakhs. When army officers found out about his troubles in the stock market, it affected his job. In April 2022, Dinesh decided to leave the army and become a full-time stock trader. He started uploading share market strategy videos on the "Stock Burner" YouTube channel, which has been viewed by over 40 Million people.

When Dinesh earned 20 lakh rupees, he sent eight lakh rupees back home for his sister's wedding and used the remaining 12 lakhs as capital for trading while staying in a rented PG on a monthly rent of ten thousand rupees. His earnings eventually reached up to 1.5 crore rupees.

Where is Dinesh Kirola (Stock Burner) Now?

After months of trading underground, Dinesh Kirola revealed his success in the stock market, earning 1.5 crore rupees, to his family on last year's Diwali. Initially, they didn't believe him, but after showing account screenshots, they were convinced. After celebrating Diwali at home, Dinesh bought a new apartment and decorated it lavishly. He even gifted a scooter to his father. Now, he has set up a trading setup at his home for stock market trading.
