MCX Dividend 2023
In a recent stock exchange filing on Saturday, the MCX Board of Directors announced their recommendation of a final dividend of ₹19.09 per equity share (face value of Rs.10/- each) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2023.
However, this proposal is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The specific dates for the AGM, record date to determine shareholder eligibility for dividend payment, and the date of payment/dispatch of dividend will be communicated at a later time.
On Friday, MCX shares price closed at ₹1349.45 apiece on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), experiencing a marginal decline of 0.49% from the previous closing price of ₹1356.15.
