Sigachi Q1 Results Date 2024, This is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 2nd, 2023 at 12:00 Noon through Video Conferencing is postponed to Thursday, 10th August 2023 at 12:00 Noon to consider and approve inter alia the following:
