  2. In the message field, type PASALOAD 11-digit Smart/TNT number of the recipient you’re sharing your load to amount of load/promo you want to share (e.g., PASALOAD 09123456789 15). (Note: Make sure that you have enough prepaid load credits)
  3. Send to 808.
  4. You will receive a confirmation message from 808 once the pasaload is successful.

How to Pasaload Smart or TNT Using Smart GigaLife App

Sharing load or points to Smart, Smart Bro or TNT users through the GigaLife app is also easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Login to GigaLife app on your phone. Gigalife app is available in Google Play and in the App Store.
  2. On the bottom menu, tap on “Pasa
  3. Add the recipient under “Favorites” or enter the mobile number manually then tap “Continue
  4. Select either “Pasa Points” or “Pasa Load
  5. Select the amount that you want to transfer (Note: Pasa Points denominations are 5, 10, 20, 30, 50, or 100 while Pasaload denominations are much higher at 50, 100, 200, 300, 500, or 1,000. Service fee is P1.00 per transaction)
  6. Tap “Confirm” and you’re done! (Note: For Smart Postpaid users, P1.00 service fee will be charged on top of your Monthly Service Fee (MSF))

Pasaload Cap Limit for Smart Postpaid

The Pasaload cap limit is a necessary safeguard against fraudulent and abusive behavior for customers. It allows postpaid subscribers to keep enjoying the service while limiting their usage. The usage limit will be automatically updated on the first day of every month.

  • P300 – MSF amount is less than or equal to 1200 (except for Freedom plan, Pasaload not available)
  • P500 – MSF amount is greater than P1200
