Apollo Hospitals signs a pact with Google Cloud for Apollo 24/7 platform

On Wednesday Apollo Hospitals said it has expanded its partnership with Google Cloud for its digital platform, Apollo 24/7.

With telemedicine services, online doctor consultations, home drug delivery, and better clinician decision-making, Apollo 24/7, which was built entirely on Google Cloud, seeks to provide Indians with an omnichannel healthcare experience.

“Generative AI has the transformative power to bring conversational medicine to clinicians and patients alike,” Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian said.

The company’s work with Apollo Hospitals will improve accessibility in healthcare, support clinicians and care teams, and drive better patient engagement, he added.

Magenta secures debt financing from SIDBI  Electric mobility solutions provider Magenta on Wednesday said it has secured debt financing for about 350 EVs from the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI).

With the help of the loan from SIDBI, the use of freight electric cars for last-mile deliveries in the Delhi-NCR region would be expanded.

“This initiative by SIDBI of offering better financing terms for the EV ecosystem significantly addresses the existing challenges of high-interest rates and limited financing options prevalent in the EV sector,” Magenta Mobility Founder and Managing Director Maxson Lewis said in a statement.

On Wednesday at 15:20 p.m. Apollo Hospital shares are trading 0.2% down at Rs. 4,977.80 on NSE.
