William Emerson Arnett, a Canadian actor and comedian, was born on May 4, 1970. He is most known for his roles in the Fox/Netflix comedy Arrested Development (2003–2006, 2013, 2018–2019) and the Netflix sitcom BoJack Horseman (2014–2020).
