Meet the Founder

Neha Shukla, Founder of Wizr U Solutions, was born in a tiny village in Sitapur district of Uttar Pradesh. Due to the movable nature of her father’s business, she lived and educated in eight different places. She has gained a wonderful awareness of people, their difficulties, and typical strategies used by them to deal with a situation as she has grown up and rapidly adjusted to various cities/schools/friends.

Neha had a strong desire to address basic issues in India’s educational system. She has over 5 years of experience offering education and career assistance to students before founding Wizr U with the goal of positively impacting millions of people’s lives.

The Inception Idea 

Neha Shukla came up with the idea for Wizr U a few years ago after learning that 92 percent of Indian students do not receive proper career counselling. This underlying problem leads to rising discontent (in India, 80% of employees are unsatisfied), and this dissatisfaction, in turn, leads to catastrophic repercussions such as increased sadness, frustration, family problems, and health problems in the long term. Neha was driven to find solutions to these issues at their source. But it was difficult for her to establish a business while caring for her new-born baby, in the absence of her husband, whom she had urged to focus on getting an MBA from a prominent European institution.

In spite of all these odds, it was impossible for her to stay away from her passion, and she kept doing her best to conceptualise and develop the product in whatever time she could find after chores. After doing decent research, she presented the business idea to her husband (Vivek Tripathi, who was now back from Europe) and asked for feedback.

“I was astounded by Neha’s detailed research, ideas, and passion to solve a major problem in the Indian education sector,” says Vivek Tripathi, who has vast experience of advising top management of multiple MNCs/startups for business growth, digital transformation, and brand building. 

With the motivation and support given by her husband, Neha has finally decided to embark on the journey to become the first entrepreneur in the family.
