London-based paytech Form3 appoints Matt Tuck as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) with over 35 years of financial services experience.

• Tuck previously served as head of product, service, and operations at NatWest since March 2020.
• Before NatWest, he held key positions at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Barclays, and Deutsche Bank.
• Tuck’s focus at Form3 is to support customer payment technology needs and enable market growth.
• Matt Tuck plans to lead customer relations and expand Form3’s customer base in the UK, Europe, and the US.
• Form3, founded in 2016, provides a cloud-native account-to-account (A2A) payments platform.
• The company secured a €23 million venture debt facility from Atempo Growth and a $160 million Series C funding round led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management in 2021.
