Vedanta shares witnessed buying interest among stock request bulls during Friday deals as company board has blazoned to consider and authorize first Interim tip for the fiscal time 2023- 24.

Vedanta share price opened upside and went on to hit intraday high of ₹282.30 all situations on NSE. still, Vedanta shares finished further than 1.25 per cent advanced on the weekend session at ₹282.10 per share situations on NSE bourses that its board of directors are going to consider and authorize first interim tip for the fiscal time 2023- 24 in its forthcoming board meeting,

which is listed on 22nd May 2023 i.e. on Monday coming week. The tip stock also declared that Vedanta tip 2023 record date has been fixed on 30th May 2023 Vedanta declared tip payment in an exchange communication citing,

” Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Listing Regulations, Notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company( the’ Board’) is proposed to be listed on Monday, May 22, 2023, to consider and authorize the First Interim tip on equity shares, if any, for the Financial Year 2023- 24.

Please note that the record date for the purpose of determining the annuity of the equity shareholders for the said tip, if declared, is being fixed as Tuesday, May 30, 2023.

Further, pursuant to the vittles of Securities & Exchange Board of India( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the Company, the Trading Window shall continue to remain unrestricted for dealing in securities of the Company for all Designated Persons from Thursday, May 18, 2023 till Wednesday, May 24, 2023( both days inclusive).

For fifth interim tip of ₹20.50 per share, Vedanta tip record date 2023 was fixed on 7th April 2023 previous to this, Vedanta tradedex-dividend on four occasions in FY23.

It tradedex-dividend on 6th May 2022 for payment of ₹31.50 per share interim tip to its shareholders. On 26th July 2023, Vedanta Ltd formerly again tradedex-dividend for payment of ₹19.50 per share interim tip to its shareholders.

On 29th November 2022, Vedanta Ltd formerly again tradedex-dividend for payment of ₹17.50 per share interim tip. Likewise, on 3rd February 2023, Vedanta Ltd treaded-dividend stock for payment of12.50 per share
