Ma’am, as a visionary leader in the industry, could you take us back to the beginning of your journey? What motivated you to step into this dynamic ecosystem?
I started my journey as a consultant in different corporate hospitals, which gave me the idea and guidance to start my business and succeed. We provide healthcare to most of the population in and around Khammam district, Bhadradri district – Telangana state- India. My parents, Ravindar Yalamudi – Chairman and Parupalli Prasuna– Chief Operations Officer – Khavyaa Hospitals Khammam and my family have encouraged me to enter this business and supported me.
Khavyaa Hospitals Khammam has emerged as India’s leading hospital in its niche. Could you share the guiding philosophy that has propelled your organization’s success?
Yes. Commitment, courage and consistency are my mantras for success. My parents and family have played a major role in the firm’s success.

Khavyaa Hospitals Khammam major USPs- Khavyaa Hospitals is the first Endocrinologist, lady physician, and AI-equipped hospital in Khammam and Bhadradri districts – Telangana state. We are positioned at number one in terms of services in the fields of Endocrinology, Diabetology and General Medicine.

Your visionary leadership style is often recognized as a driving force behind your hospital’s achievements. Could you shed light on your approach to leadership and team building within the organization?
My vision is to provide quality healthcare to all patients at Khavyaa Hospitals- Khammam.
We have excellent management, Excellent staff, Healthcare providers and Marketing executives. Our marketing strategies have made our brand the most unique one and made our brand reach many places in India.
The essence of healthcare lies in innovation, disruptions, and enhancing the end-user experience. How does your hospital strike a balance between operational efficiency and customer satisfaction?
We have a 95% retention rate of patients. We provide follow-ups and medications on a regular basis. We have improved the quality of life of many Diabetic patients who are on insulin treatment by converting them to Oral Hypoglycemic drugs without Insulin.
Digitalization and technological advancements are crucial aspects of the modern industrial ecosystem. How does your hospital integrate these principles into its core functioning and contribute to a technovative future?
Khavyaa Hospitals Khammam is the first hospital in Khammam to start using Artificial Intelligence in Endocrinology and Diabetology. Our Electronic Health records and laboratory tests are in sync with Artificial Intelligence, which helps us in early diagnosis and early prediction of complications of Diabetes, Thyroid disorders and other Endocrine problems and hormonal imbalances.
The workforce is the cornerstone of any successful organization. How does your hospital foster a culture of growth, skill development, and empowerment among its employees?
We train staff, nursing students, and DMLT pursuing students in our Khavyaa Hospitals- Khammam and provide jobs to many. We offer different works to different staff, improving their skills and empowerment.
As a leader in India’s industrial sector, your hospital has likely faced its share of challenges. Could you share an instance where your team’s resilience and ingenuity triumphed over adversity?
We faced lots of challenges being a women-led company. We have strengthened over time by introducing unique advancements in diagnostics and treatment of all diseases.
The COVID-19 pandemic has reshaped industries globally. How has your hospital made contingency plans for similar uncertain events?
We have full equipment, staff and resources ready to fight any sort of pandemic. We plan to collaborate and introduce insurance policies for COVID-19-affected patients and all other diseases to provide quality treatment as soon as possible.
Looking to 2024, what is your vision for your hospital? How do you aspire to continue significantly impacting India’s healthcare landscape?
Our Vision for 2024 is to make Khavyaa Hospitals Khammam services and Healthcare reachable to everyone in Telangana state and Teleconsultation available to other parts of India. We are planning to expand to other branches and States as well.
