Rishabh Lodha: Building Worthy Partnership of the Evolving Times

Sharing the saga of his entrepreneurship, Rishabh says that in 2002 he began his journey in Building Construction by Constructing two units of Flats for Rental Purposes on the ‘Self Owned Property at Dimapur, Nagaland. With the successful completion of the projects, his passion for Building Construction was born. Then, in 2003, he did a small Joint Venture Project at Dimapur in the name of ‘Park Enclave’ and constructed 12 units of Flats with approx—21,000 Sq. ft. area of construction for Rental Purposes. Then in the same year, he shifted his base to Guwahati.

Later, in 2007, Rishabh constructed a Residential Building consisting of 20 Ownership Flats of approx. 40,000 sq. ft. construction area in the name of ‘Park View,’ at a prime locality of Christian Basti, Guwahati.

Further, in 2012, he started another Residential Project at a posh location Dispur Last Gate, Guwahati, in the name PARK PANORAMA under Partnership with the Firm M/s Buildworth Real Estate. Rishabh helped the firm build approx—4,10,000 sq. ft. area of construction. “The project had already been handed over to the owners for Possession,” he informs.

For this project, they received two awards: one from The Economic Times Group under the category Best Iconic Project and a Theme Based Project in the entire Eastern Zone. Another two awards were received for the said project from the Franchise India Group under the category Luxury Project and Emerging Developer of Eastern India.

Presently, Rishabh is helping the partnership firm construct a Commercial Complex in Guwahati in the name of PARK PANORAMA at post location Dispur Last Gate, Guwahati, with approx—85,000 sq. ft. area of construction.
