MSA Global Logistics Private Limited (MSA) has entered into a Strategic Alliance for Management and Operations (SAMO) Agreement with Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) for the operations and management of their facility ‘CWC Impex Park’ in Nhava Sheva, for a period of 15 years in Feb 2020. In a stellar tenure of 18 years with NYK, which he joined in 2004, Capt. Vivek started NYK’s Biz Development vertical for the first time in India and was subsequently elevated to head the All-India Operations for their Liner (Container) Biz, Break-Bulk, Car Carriers and Passenger Vessels verticals from 2010 onwards. Among the highlights, he was chosen as the Project Manager to set up India’s first port-based Pre-Dispatch Inspection facility for Maruti Suzuki at Mundra Port for the export of finished automobiles to the European market; he started and headed the Energy Division of NYK Line India, and also led its Multi Biz Projects Team.
