Sonali says, “I specialize in Quality.”
She is recognized as the first woman engineer in a key position handling portfolio of underground projects (Delhi metro, Mumbai metro, tunnels, hydropower, nuclear power projects) at challenging temperatures of the Himalayas at minus four to sixty degrees Celsius in Rajasthan. So far, she has received 187 international certifications, two international awards,

She has experience and expertise in Quality Operations, overseas projects, client management [MS-project], System Designs, Implementation and Controls, Internal and External Quality Audits, Audit Management, Six Sigma -DMAIC, DOE, SQC, SPC, RCA, COPQ, PFMEA and FTA.
She also excels in Criticality Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Assessments and Analysis, Lean Sigma-Poka-yoke/Kaizen/5S tools, Process Excellence, Wastages minimization using lean construction tools, and Change Management.
She is an International Trainer and Operational Excellence Implementer. She is a Member of the Advisory Board, Engineering forum, Toronto [CANADA] and a Member of the American Concrete Institute, Institute of Engineers India, and ACCE.
A Personal Inspirational Journey in Search of Solace
Sonali’s Holistic Wellness and healing journey began on June 6th, 2020. By profession, being an award-winning veteran of the civil engineering industry, worked for more than two decades, learning new things has always been a passion for her.
Sonali conveys, “Apart from my professional tools and techniques, I have a great interest in Esoteric techniques and the sciences of energy.”
Having suffered for 15 years, Sonali’s leg pain was the constraint for living a free life; it always kept her searching for new treatments, doctors, and ways to overcome that pain. Ultimately at the age of 35yrs, she came across powerful energy healing tools, and she decided to try them.
Sonali remembers, “It amazingly worked for setting me pain-free! That was the turning point of my life. I started learning these tools and the complete science of energy healing. One after another, I learned all modalities from every possible GURU of different countries.”
Today Sonali knows maximum modalities to heal human beings and animals which she practices after getting internationally registered with CTAA, IAOTH, and INHA as an alternative therapist.
Sonali says, “Since being Internationally certified for multiple modalities of Energy healing, I found the purpose of my life in healing the mind, body, and souls of people as well as animals.”
Solace Wellness Solutions (SWS) is India’s first holistic wellness center of its own kind with a varied range of therapies. Sonali adds, “Helping people and animals overcome their traumas and managing their pains gives me great joy.”
Sonali reflects, “Today, I am glad to start my dream line of a holistic wellness center for Mankind and Animals/pets along with the existing business of Management Consulting as an operations specialist.”

In the initial days after gaining confidence to practice, being from a technical background, it was hard for her natural market–family, relatives, friends–to accept the results of energy healing. However, awareness and demos of this science resulted in more prospects converting.
Sonali states, “People who got results from my alternative therapies spread a huge amount of word of mouth, resulting in multiple inquiries keeping me always busy healing and guiding people. Thus, I never felt any need for commercial advertisements.”
