Bhupinder Singh Chadha is groomed by exposure to the food business with the family-owned chain of restaurants. He is a graduate from DU, he has professionally enriched his academics with an IIHM Diploma from DU, a Specialized Culinary Diploma from George Brown College, Toronto (Canada); and Sales and Marketing Diploma from NIS (National Institute of Sales). His name and academics inspire awe in the culinary arena. He says, “The best part about being a Chef entrepreneur is that there are no boring routines, no putting on appearances (except on the dish) and there are opportunities galore to create something that gives you and the discerning guests immense joy.”

JS Chadha with his entrepreneurial instinct, had planted a tiny sapling of PIND BALLUCHI® way back in 1992. As a result of fond nurturing over decades at the hands of its gardener, this baby plant has grown into a huge Bunyan Tree with its branches spreading in ten states and 18 cities. S.
