He has around 40 years of experience, which include senior positions in the corporate world. Dr. Ramanan was Professor and Director of a management institute for nearly a decade, blending modern thoughts and eternal values.

Dr. Ramanan was involved with consulting, counselling and mentoring in Prudentia Group as Chief Mentor and Happiness Officer, as also for teaching and training as Director, Centre for Joy@Work at Inmantec Institutions. He was the Director of ISTD for 6 years.

His articles, ‘Potential Appraisal – A Tool for Development’ and ‘Performance Counseling – A Diagnostic and Structured Communication Technique’, based on primary research and survey, have been published in Pranjana, an internationally refereed journal of management awareness.
