I never felt any blocks since I saw everything as a positive challenge to test my own abilities at time crisis

A leader never claims himself or herself as a leader and ensures that he or she identifies the quality and efficiency in others and Recognize them and create more leaders.
Do you think organizations must have a balanced gender ratio in leadership positions? Why?
Irrespective of the gender quality, efficiency and their responsibility should be taken for consideration.
