Fantastical Friday: Catching Up a Bit

The Drizzt Do’Urden Saga began in 1988, I’ve been a follower of the series since ’93 or ’94 when my now husband let me borrow a Book called The Halfling’s Gem. I have never been a speed reader, though I have long been an avid reader, I was immediately sucked into the story & 2 days of my life became almost exclusively (because I still ate food & went to the bathroom, but I barely slept, LOL) devoted to this book. Naturally, it was the 3rd book in the trilogy & he didn’t have the other 2 which in turn sparked a quest for the others. During the course of this undertaking, I found that newer books had been written about the same characters, so I had to get those too, eventually, as my teenage self could scrounge the money to continue the purchases, lol. Through the years more & more books have been added to the ongoing saga, it’s even spawned an offshoot or two, which I have also followed (because Gauntlgrym, the end of which made me cry like a baby for reasons I can’t share here, due to my husband (who hasn’t finished the book) reading this blog regularly. So, unfortunately, I am unable to commiserate with others who have been traumatized by the end of this story publicly. In honor of my current preoccupation I present to you The Neverwinter Saga (just an fyi, books 20 – 23 in The Drizzt Do’Urden Saga & this isn’t the end) from Amazon, I selected the kindle links because that’s how I’m reading them, but they are available in print as well. Happy reading

1) Gauntlgrym: Neverwinter Saga, Book I ($7.99)
2) Neverwinter: The Neverwinter Saga, Book II ($7.99)
3) Charon’s Claw: Neverwinter Saga, Book III ($7.99)
4) The Last Threshold: Neverwinter Saga, Book IV ($7.99)
