I went out for a run the other day and everything was sweet. Sun was out (for the first time in ages) no wind, just me and fresh air. Then BAM get clipped around the ears by one of the sky demons (Magpie). I must have upset him or her somehow as it followed me 300 meters down the street as I was doing my best Usain Bolt impersonation.
