1) Great customer service from Panerai of Beverly Hills - Brought my watch in for adjustment and i ended up needing one link which sadly i misplaced but after a monutes the lady (sorry forgot her name :( ) and the manager came out with my watch with a n added new link! and when i asked on how much they said its free of charge coz they had one in back for spare, i was so thank ful for their gesture thats why a few months after i bought my second PAM and hopefully will get my third soon. 2) Beautiful and functional - I bought this watch at a local Panerai authorized reseller, but did a lot of my research on Amazon. I love this watch. In-house P.9001 Movement. 3-day power reserve means you can leave it on your night stand all weekend and not have to reset on Monday morning. GMT function great for travel. The power meter is viewable through crystal on the back, which keeps the face un-cluttered. I have a few nice watches but this one turns the most heads and gets the most compliments, especially from people who know watches.
