The Outlet Store not only offers a variety of clearance products from brands like Result and Fruit of the Loom at bargain prices but also allows customers to buy online and collect their purchases in person within 24 hours of their order being placed.

Customers can also reserve their items online and pay in store upon collection at a time that suits them best, with customers being notified by text and email when their item is ready. With a spacious changing room also available, customers can try items on in-store, and only pay when they’re completely satisfied with their order.

Whilst prices remain the same as those online, customers who click and collect save money as well as time by avoiding postage costs, with ample on-site customer parking making it easy to collect your order at your leisure.

Once the ribbon had been cut, Sir Peter was given a private tour of the new store, and got a chance to try out the company’s state of the art touch-screen ordering system, which allows customers to browse the full product range and place an order in-store.

The opening of the outlet store follows a string of recent expansions for Universal Textiles, hot on the heels of our move from Syston to our more central Braunstone location in May, with the business requiring a larger warehouse to cope with an increased volume of orders.
