Is there anything more polarizing than the vaccine “debate” among parents? Goodness, I have seen some stuff go down in the online and real-life world when it comes to Vaccines and the beliefs that different parents have about vaccines. On one extreme, you have people who believe that vaccines are a necessary step to protecting the health of society and preventing unnecessary deaths and on the other hand, you have people who believe that vaccines are a personal choice and may even be hurtful. And then you have people somewhere in the middle, who may see both sides of the arguments and make their own decisions.
The hardest part about vaccines is that we’re not talking about a parenting choice that is as simple as how to hold your child or what to feed your child. For some parents, one family’s decision not to vaccinate their child could mean a death sentence to their own immune-compromised child.
