I’ve written an awful lot about dress codes on this site and how ridiculous I think they are, and this story just goes to prove my point.
A vast number of boys in a Southwest England School wore skirts to school after being told they couldn’t wear shorts because it wasn’t part of the school dress code. With temperatures in the 90s, the boys are complaining that being forced to sit in long pants all day is simply too hot and uncomfortable, so instead they are opting to play the system and it got them a lot of attention.
