Feel like you need more quality time with those you love? Today is your day! It’s Family Day – an annual event that gives us a chance to refocus on our families. Whether you’re a couple, have a kid (or a pet!) or just want to call your parent or sibling to say I love you, it’s a great reminder (not that you need one) to reconnect with the ones you love.

We asked our crew how they love to spend time with their fam – here are some of their favorite moments:

Something our whole family can do together that we enjoy is stand up paddleboarding. My husband and I each paddle a board and our girls will sit, one on the front of each board. They love to see who can collect the most trash out of the ocean and get up close to the silly, stinky seals.

My most fave is to go out to breakfast with my family. Second fave is to watch my kids or spouse compete in a sporting event. Parental/spousal pride and bragging rights!!!

Our family likes to go to the local beaches and spend time with family friends.

My kids and I love to go to the climbing gym and race to the top.  It’s great to see Gerri and Joe work so hard – they really love being brave.  When we’re done we all go get some well-deserved ice cream and share our favorite moments of the afternoon.

My family and I love surfing together because we can catch party waves where we are all on it at the same time… super fun!

I think the best family time happens in the quieter moments! Sleeping in, breakfast in the backyard, curling up and reading a good book together. We love to go camping as a family too!
