A new day, a new dawn and a new beauty routine gracing the streets of Santa Monica’s Abbot Kinney has arrived. The rumors are true, and as you may have guessed Pixi sure knows how to throw a stellar party. Last night, Pixi hosted a grand opening party to celebrate the first Pixi US flagship store to open in Venice, California. With close proximity to the beach, the bubbly was pouring free, there were gorgeous Pixi centerpieces everywhere and smiles of makeup enthusiasts were seen from every corner as guests celebrated a long awaited collection by Pixi Founter & Creater, Petra Strand.

The launch celebrated a newly released collection celebrating the vision of four bloggers to create the glowy look of beauty that you get when you put the right moves to work. I’m going to take you on a walk through of the boutique, everything is just so pretty, lined and organized effortlessly chic, colors are vibrant and fun, and their are gorgeous bouquets of pastel roses in almost every corner balancing out the lovely mint signature shade that is Pixi. It just makes you immediately want to try out every shade and learn as much as possible to achieve a vibrant Pixi glow.

You could tell guests were having a great time, they mixed, mingled, indulged in delicious Macrons, English tea style sandwiches and little Pixi labeled cakes. The party was very thematic of English tea time with a beauty twist.  Educators were on hand, enlightening the crowd on all the lastest Pixi makeup innovations, what’s to come and what they can expect in the future. One thing that the educators really stressed was that this line was really meant to be a clean, natural, fresh cosmetic line meant for everyone.
