A feather Fashion fete had Cynthia Rowley’s New York Fashion Week Spring Summer 2017 ready to wear collection the talk of the town once more. Imagine a pillow fight in colorful silk, maxidresses flowing, tiered print gowns and a girly array of dresses made for dancing the night away in the stylish aftermath of gorgeous glam. If this pictures more beautifully then imagined, that’s because it was. So much so, that guests almost participated with feathers landing amongst fashionable fashion week adventures.
Cynthia Rowley is always a show that New York Fashion Week anticipates. This is because her innovative vision never fails to provide an awe-inspiring look into how the ready to wear collection will be presented this time. One year, the designer threw a luxurious party at the Paramount Hotel’s Diamond Horseshoe supper club, where guests sipped, previewed and had an amazing time. I’m sure some even cancelled a double-booked event to stay a little longer. Looks like Rowley always takes that extra leap into a playful good time, just like the collection’s “I want to dance” motto – seems like she continuously mimics that; creating a fun, fashion trend forward good time.
Because, this girly fashion gal will get the sparkle in her step!
Some of my favorites included the black and gold ruffles, as well as the tier print chiffon dress. This dress will be perfect for a black tie event, wedding, or glam night out. The gold and silver bathing suit is for a stand out daring dream queen that styles with chunky shades in mind.
