Use a Sunscreen 

Extra exposure to the sunlight can cause skin burn and other skin related conditions, such as skin cancer, burn and premature ageing. For taking care of your skin please add sunscreen in your beauty routine. Use sunscreen on your skin at least to have SPF 30. Apply sunscreen every 20 minutes if you are in humid weather and reapply it if you are outside for more time.  Also, throw away your last year’s unused sunscreen and buy a new one for a better result.

Stay Hydrated

Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day for maintaining your skin moisture. Also add more water in your routine if you do exercises or any hard work for better results. Because dehydration makes your skin dull and prone to acne. To take care of your skin you have to add enough water to release toxins from your body. 

Don’t Forget to Exfoliate

Exfoliation is an important part of the skincare routine. Our body sheds cells every minute daily and if you do not exfoliate it, they set on the body and easily get sunburned. Take Cool Showers

Hot showers can strip your skin of its natural oil, leading to dryness and irritation. Therefore, it is best to take cool showers during summer. This will help your skin retain its natural moisture and be healthy. 

Wear Light, Breathable Clothing

During summer, wear light, breathable clothing that allows your skin to breathe. This will prevent bacteria buildup, which causes acne breakouts.
