#8 – Classic EDT
The opening wastes no time. The woods and amber are present immediately. They are warm and woodsy, taking this fragrance in a classic direction. Subtle ginger spices and bright lime are added in the background. They help stop the woods from becoming too much too early on.
The mid and dry down transitions to a spicy nutmeg and cypress combination, while woody cedar gives the spices a solid base. The citruses have faded, and the aromatic nature of cypress has replaced its freshness. They are softer and slightly balsamic.
The rest of the wear is fresh wood and subtle spices.
This lasts three hours, with intimate projection for the first hour. After this period, it is a Skin Scent for the rest of the wear. This is spring, summer, and fall wear for all occasions. This is a more mature fragrance, but one a younger guy can still pull off.

The cool greenness/aromatics fade after 15 minutes, and their void is filled by herbal clary sage. The dry down comes a little later; violet leaf returns with a more floral and aquatic aroma, while warm woods give the base depth.
This lasts four to five hours on the skin, with intimate projection for the first one to two hours. After this period, it becomes a skin scent. This is spring and summer wear for all occasions.

The opening has a subdued mojito note, with some aromatic and spicy mint in the background. This turns into a woody blend of mint, leather, and grapefruit within a few minutes. The grapefruit and mint are paired, grabbing your attention. Leather and wood sit in the background with depth.
There is a complete transition in the dry down. Cardamom, vanilla, and black pepper come through, and mint makes its way out. The rest of the wear is warm spices with a woody base.

Instinct lasts four to five hours on the skin with the average projection. In the first two hours, it pushes out one to two feet before receding to the skin, never becoming a skin scent. This is exclusively spring, summer, and early fall wear. As for occasions, it is casual.

The opening starts fresh and citric with a grapefruit, pineapple, and apple trio. The juicy pineapple is the most prominent, while the apple note lingers in the background. The opening has an almost aquatic tone, even though this isn’t an aquatic fragrance.
Within a few minutes comes a heavier, clean lavender and warm tonka bean and cardamom combination. It is a lead into the deeper base.
The dry down is heavier on earthy woods with a noticeable violet leaf. Initially, I didn’t know it, but the initial aquatic nature was from subtle violet leaf. Fresh citruses and lavender still linger, but it is mainly about the woods.
The longevity is in the four-hour range. The projection is subtle. It pushes out for an hour. After this period, it becomes a skin scent for the rest of the wear. This spring and summer, wear for casual situations.
#3 – Intimately Beckham Man
The darkest fragrance on this list. The opening starts woody and earthy from sandalwood and cardamom. In the background is a fresher violet that stops the woods from becoming too much. After 10 -15 minutes, a more prominent citric grapefruit with nutmeg spices comes through.
20 minutes into the wear, and the citruses are gone. Violet and amber take their place, bringing warmer spices. The dry down simplifies with mostly sandalwood, warm amber, and nutmeg spices.
This lasts three to four hours with half an hour of projection. It then becomes a skin scent. This is fall, winter, and early spring wear for all occasions. It is the most alluring David Beckham fragrance on the list.
#2 – Beckham Homme
A more classic fragrance. The opening is both extremely fresh and spicy. Ginger and Sichuan pepper lead the way, while bright and citric grapefruit gives the freshness. After a few minutes, clean musk and a darker patchouli add depth.
The fresh spices slowly transition out, and stronger woody and leather notes take their place. The final scent is wood and leather with fresh nuances.

The opening has a casual and playful citrus and a fresh and juicy watermelon note. The best part of the watermelon is its watery addition to the prominent oceanic accord.
The oceanic accord will be present for the entire wear. It brings the saltiness you’d expect and a smooth soapiness when combined with other notes. As the base develops, it becomes overwhelmingly aquatic, eventually adding a woody undertone. This is what you’ll smell for the rest of the wear.
The longevity is in the three-hour range. It projects well for the first hour. After this period, it becomes a skin scent for the rest of the wear. This is spring and summer wear for all occasions.
