RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

JM allows product Exchange for the same or above the amount of the purchased order. We use standard US and EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. Please note that natural leather expands by about half a size to the take the shape of your feet.

However if you still want to exchange your jutties for another size then please notify us by an email or whatsapp within 48 hours of the product delivery.

To process your exchange request, you can send us an email at [email protected]. You may then return it to us at JUTTIESMAKER, D-15 A, GROUND FLOOR, Lajpat Nagar 2, near lajpat nagar metro station gate no.5, New Delhi- 110024, within one week in its original box packing. Your request will not be entertained in case the product is damaged, torn or used. We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.

We charge a standard shipping fee of Rs.100 per order across India below 999 INR order value .

Juttiesmaker offer free shipping on order above 999 INR value across India.

Depending on the location, the product get delivered within 6-7 working days. Importantly For safe and timely deliveries of the orders placed with us, we have tie-ups with some of the most reliable and reputed delivery companies. Without a doubt, They cover almost every area across the globe. Apart from this if they are not able to reach your location, due to unavoidable reasons, we would promptly contact you to find a way to get your product delivered to you.

However For International orders, please look for information in our International Shipping section, In addition to this shipment time of the order starts from the day of receipt of the payment against it.

COD available in India, we charge INR 100 per pair below 999 INR order value. Pairs bought on SALE price will not reciprocate or returned.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our international orders normally take around 7 – 10 working days to deliver. Our shipping charges are standard for all countries across the globe, Rs 2100, except India. The charges may vary according to the numbers of pairs added to order additionally.

Depending on your location and the customs laws of your area, you may have to pay import duties.
