I was recently given the opportunity to try Mario Badescu Glycolic Acid Toner, one of the many great products in the popular brand’s lineup.

This toner had been recommended to me by my esthetician and I was happy to have a chance to try it out! Here are my results after using this product for several weeks, what I liked about it, and how I feel about recommending it to other people.

Why I Chose This Product

I chose this product because it is glycolic acid-based, and I have dry, sensitive skin. I was hoping that it would help to improve my skin texture and tone, as well as help with any existing breakouts.

So far, I’ve been using it for about two weeks and I’m really happy with the results! My skin feels softer and smoother, and my breakouts have definitely decreased. Overall, I think this product is definitely worth the hype! It’s gentle enough for my sensitive skin and I like that it has a light, pleasant scent.

It also doesn’t feel too drying on my skin, which is perfect since my skin can be very finicky at times. The only downside is that I wish there were more than one size available since you go through the bottle so quickly!

Results

I was really excited to try this product out because I love glycolic acid for its exfoliating properties. After using it for a few weeks, I can say that I’m pretty disappointed. It made my skin very dry and irritated, to the point where I had to stop using it. I wouldn’t recommend it for people with dry or sensitive skin. If you have oily skin, then this might be a good option for you!

I’ve been usingMario Badescu Glycolic Acid Toner for a little over a week now and I can say that I’m really liking it so far.

A little goes a long way with this product, which is nice because it means that the bottle will last me a while. I’ve been using it every other day and my skin feels softer and smoother. I have sensitive skin and this toner hasn’t caused any irritation, which is great.

The only downside is that it is a bit pricey, but overall I think it’s worth the hype!
Overall I give Mario Badescu Glycolic Acid Toner four out of five stars.

It’s helped to moisturize my dry and sensitive skin without causing irritation. My one complaint is that it isn’t very affordable for a college student on a budget like myself, but if you are looking for an effective exfoliator that works without being too harsh or irritating, you should check out some reviews online before purchasing!

I noticed my pores looked smaller after using this product consistently for 2 weeks, but there was no change in my dark spots or breakouts from what I can tell. My face felt smoother after each use – this may have been due to the soothing effects of aloe vera extract!

My Final Verdict

After using this product for several weeks, I can say that it does what it claims to do. My skin feels softer and smoother, and my makeup goes on more evenly. However, I don’t think it’s worth the high price tag. There are other toners on the market that are just as effective but cost a lot less. If you’re really interested in purchasing this product, I recommend trying to find it at your local Sephora or Ulta beauty store instead of ordering online.
