Oheneba Kissi has revealed on United Television (UTV) that he has hauled former Burniton Music Group (BMG) signee, Kelvyn Boy before a court for copyright infringement.
The veteran musician hosted by actress cum TV personality, Nana Ama Mcbrown on the ever-popular United Showbiz w. he made this known. This was preceded by a question Nana Ama asked him about how he feels when he hears fragments of his lyrics in the songs of artistes of the contemporary era.
In response, Oheneba Kissi singled out Kelvyn Boy as one who’s fond of sampling his songs. He also revealed that he has dragged the award-winning artiste to court.
”Kelvyn Boy has not asked for any permission from me and has taken legal action but has not heard from any of them,’ he said.
