How to Blog Consistently Every Week when you're busy!

Everyone knows that consistency is the key to success. If you want to get people to click your blog post, and be interested in your content. How do you stay on a schedule , and manage to write click worthy blog posts every single week? Every blogger and writer has experienced burnout before. It's impossible to writing click worthy blog posts, without getting into a rut. You just run out of ideas.

Hence, you should always have a list of essential resources at your disposal. Not every blogger has time writing a dozen of posts every month! They either hire a freelancer or they utilize the right resources. And, I'm here to show you some free awesome resources that will help you write 7-10 click worthy blog posts every week. Even better. It's free!

1. Automation Blog Title Generator

Having an automated title generator is useful. It helps you brainstorm new content ideas within a few minutes instead of you trying to scroll through the internet for hours. You can be sure to have a handful of catchy blog titles that you know the readers will be likely interested in and they will want to read your blog post. I have a list of the best free blog title generators that I've found extremely useful through my writing journey. They gave a ton of good ideas and best of all, some of them have a measuring tool where they evaluate your blog title is either not click worthy or doesn't seem interesting enough.

2. Google Calendar

Google Calendar will save you hours of procrastination. Why? Because you can create a time blocking schedule. If you never heard of time blocking, it basically you creating a time block, let's say 45 minutes, for a specific task. We might think we don't have time to write a 500 word blog post every single day, when really most of us, use our free time procrastinating or being unmotivated because we don't know where to start. Blogging is tough, when you don't have a set schedule. I suggest using Google Calendar because it offers you a list of features that a physical agenda can't help you achieve.

List of features

  • Color coding for each task
  • It's syncs with your G-mail account
  • Gives you alarms on your cellphone, when you're done with a task

3.Note Taking App for Productivity

Placing all your brainstorming ideas in one place will makes your life easier. Why are note taking apps so popular? Because people can do their daily writing on the go, while they commute to work, before they go to bed or just lazing around all day. One of the biggest mistakes that some bloggers tend to do is that they try to write a 500-1000 words in one go, without taking breaks or dividing their time. It's natural to have a burnout when you're staring at the computer screen for so long! I recommend you getting a note taking app ( ex: Evernote, Squidnotes, Onenote etc.), and write the outline of your blog, before jumping in front of your computer or laptop.

4. Use Recycle Content

What's makes writing multiple blog posts a week easy is that you should focus on writing within your niche. For example, if your passion is about eating clean and working out, make sure to write a topic that's closely related , so can use some your old recycle content in your blogs posts. If one of your blog posts is about top ten most healthy smoothies to drink from home, then your future post can be something along the lines of how to make your very own Starbucks smoothie at home!
