Hello Lacquer Lovers! Today I have a super cute Nail Art Tutorial for you: Cartoon Nails! It is so cute and it’s the perfect way to get those cartoon inspired nails. The best part is that this look can be achieved in three painless steps!

You will need some supplies before we can begin!
– Base color; I used an unnamed green Color Club.
– Black striper/liner; I used Black Sketch by Milani.
– White striper/liner; I used White Canvas by Milani.
– Small dotting tool
– White polish; I used French White Crème by Wet n Wild.
– Matte top coat; I used Essie’s Matte About You.

As seen in the above image, you should first start off with a base color. Any color will work as long as it is not black or white.
The next step is to line the outline of your nail with the black liner. This may take some practice, but it is completely worth it once you figure it out!
The next step will truly give you the cartoon look! Using the white liner, make a curved shape on the right side of your nail. Then, with the dotting tool and the white polish make a dot just above it.
Top it off with top coat and you’re ready to go! On my pictorial, I used a regular top coat, but on my swatch pictures I used a matte top coat. Most believe the matte top coat gives it a more cartoonish look, but it is completely up to you. I personally like the look of the matte top coat.
This manicure is cute, sweet, and painless; taking at most 20 minutes to complete! They’re perfect for any occasion.
