Who would have thought chocolate could be so healthy? Well, it is, but in the right way. A smoothie would be delicious to kill your unhealthy cravings, but in a sweet way.
Ingredients:
1 cup of almond milk (You can use any other kind of milk also)
1/2 a cup of yogurt (Preferably whole milk or full fat)
1/2 a cup of fresh or frozen blueberries (Optional)
1 tablespoon of cacao powder
1/4 cup of cinnamon powder to enrich the flavour (Optional)
2 drops of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of honey (Optional)
1 banana (Optional)
I am pretty sure that you will love this recipe, but feel free to mix and match. Many might not prefer a specific ingredient or can be allergic, all ingredients may be optional. Send me pictures of how yours turned out!
