With summer fast approaching, what better way to get ready for the beach season than getting a set of well defined abs?
Bonus: you’ll be better protected against back pain with a strong core, AND you can save on the electric bill by unplugging that washer machine and just using the washer board you’ll be rocking.
Instructions:
Do each Exercise for 30 secs then immediately move to the next exercise. Once you finish 1 round, rest for 15-30 seconds. Do 5 total rounds.
Exercises:
- Mountain climbers
- V Ups
- Plank on Forearms
- Flutter Kicks
Advanced Modifications:
Instead of Flutter Kicks, do hanging leg raises.
Beginner Modifications:
Take some time to rest between sets, no longer than 30 seconds.
