Day 1

 

Its Monday, that crucial day that most women tell themselves will be the day they’ll start that all important diet or “detox”. The truth of the matter is that day never comes and before you know it its next Monday and you’ve put on more weight since the last. To be perfectly honest it doesn't really matter what day you decide to diet, if you want it badly enough it should happen.Some people have the feeling that they need to loose dramatic weight losses in really short spaces of time and before I lost weight I was one of these people, but actually time flies and the six weeks have gone past before you know it. For example I genuinely cant believe that its been a year since I started dieting and I've know dropped three dress sizes, baby steps are the way forward.

Today I have started a new plan in order to boost my weight loss (Scottish Slimmer's Booster Plan) and is Basically a six week plan which claims you can loose a stone in six weeks. The plan is really simple to follow it basically cuts down the amount of carbs you eat and allows you to eat meat and veg freely.

So far I've Eaten:

  • Breakfast : 2 weetabix and skimmed milk and a cup of green tea
  • Lunch : 2 Pumpkin seed Ryvita’s with salmon and Philadelphia cheese (scrumptious), Low fat strawberry yoghurt and 85g of red grapes.
