Although some of this model may be older, the dimensions have not changed too much (and if they have, they have only gotten bigger) over the years and you should be able to confidently apply these dimensions to your newer Honda Pilot model...give or take a couple of inches, but the differential won’t be an issue for the treadmills we have found.
Believe it or not, it is hard to find an SUV that most treadmills won’t fit in.

ft. but the manufacturer has a total cargo volume of 108.9. Take from this what you will, but it only means you should have more height and width to work with.

I am not going to lie to you guys, this is the current make and model that I own, so I have a vested interest in knowing these measurements. I had a rough idea, but to make sure I walked right outside with my tape measure to get the facts.

There is actually a wide range of differences in the interior space in full-to-mid-size SUVs, some full-size SUVs are even outclassed in space by mid-sized models.
The bottom line is that when the seats are dropped, there is quite a bit of space to fit cargo in your SUV, including most treadmills.
