Fitbit Charts & Goals from July 2017

This is my Second month with the Fitbit Charge 2 and amazed how the charts and reports affect my actions even to the point I question how healthy it is to relate to my health not on how well I feel, but from arbitrary charts and graphs.

Cardio Fitness

Observations This has moved up 1 point from 42 – 46 and think I can move it up higher with more steps or longer walks.

Actions & Goals I’d like to see this get to into the 60s by the end of the year. Now I’m not too sure I can accomplish this by the end of the year.

Heart Rate at Rest

Observations Noticed when meditating at night before bed I have a much better sleep and a lower heart rate.

Actions & Goals Expect I’ll be meditating every night now and the long term goal is to be consistently around 55 by the end of the year.

Weight Loss Trends

Observations Cutting out the Thahini helped, lost a few pounds, and I feel much better.

Actions & Goals For August I’ll be eating more veggies and have already started consuming cucumber sandwiches.
