Is your memory defeating you?

Is this the reason for frustration in life?

You feel that you do not remember things or you are not able to memorize things that you need to. You need to work around it as no amount of medication or remedies are going to help. It is not Memory loss though, but you are not able to memorize things or your brain is not able to retain things. This is a very defeating situation for you, particularly when you are a student.

You have prepared the whole night for the exam in the morning, but when in the examination hall, you tend to forget half the things. You get frustrated about losing marks on this account. It may be that you are studying for exams day in and day out, only to face memory failure in the examination hall…

Regularly studying and not doing any physical activity or not taking any relaxing or entertaining activity, makes you sloppy. The brain gets tired and fails to perform when it needs to. Hence, you must become physically active every day. Physical activity raises blood flow to the whole body, including the brain. This helps Improve your memory a great deal.

Now, that you are getting physically fit, it is equally important for you to be mentally fit. For this, you should be mentally agile. Undertake some brain activity, which positively stresses your brain and you feel lighter. For this, you need to be mentally active, and try to retain some old memories or old lessons in your brain. This will help a great deal.

Next thing, you need to be socially active. For this, you need to spend time with others, with your family, friends, peers, or even strangers. If you are living alone, you can go to a park and talk to people there. It is a big stress buster. This will make your heart and head feel lighter and energized. This will increase your brain’s retention power and help you a great deal with your exams.

If your desk or cupboard is cluttered, understand your mind is cluttered too. A cluttered mind is already preoccupied with so many unwanted things that it cannot retain things that you need to. Hence, you must be organized and organized well.

Besides all this, you need to sleep well so that your nerves are calmed, your body is relaxed and your mind is serene. You need to eat a healthy diet comprising fibrous fruits, grains, fruits, green vegetables, milk, protein, etc.

Most importantly, what are the symptoms? You can notice changes in your memory pattern where you find yourself forgetting where you left your keys or blanking out information on important tests, you need to work around it. So, what you can do?
